Pros

Good Hours, 8:30-5:30pm. Most of the employees are very friendly. Potential to learn lots of areas of IT.

Cons

IT Managers keep quitting. Shameful arrogant behavior and feuding between the two men who both want the job and who openly criticize each other in front of the other employees. Office gossip was very heavy about how the IT department can't keep any employees do to how uncomfortable the feuding is and how poor the training is. The IT department is unorganized and unregulated. There is no proper tracking of computers, laptops, or other office equipment or computer accessories. User account aren't set up the right way through group policies and nobody seems to really care. No proper storage space for computers and computer equipment. Loose and improperly installed cables on the server and throughout the office and warehouse. They have over 200 employees and they don't even use a ticketing system for the IT Help Desk or enter new employees into Active Directory user groups. When a good idea is suggested or implemented, higher-ups with no tech background ignore them or change them back to old ways that are inefficient. IT department not informed of new employees ahead of time causing the new employee to show up without a workstation set up. Vacant desk are left dirty and/or trashed with all the old stuff left over from previous employees. The new employee gets a mess or they just get a desk with "nothing" on it. And, there is no organized training or reference materials for self-study.

Pros

Decent wages and benefits but that'd about it for the factory in Berea KY. Nothing else good about this place at all besides your coworkers

Cons

Although I said wages were decent above, the only way it pays off is because youll.be working 11-12 hour days 6-7 days a week so youll.be getting tons of overtime not too mention that IF you work 6 days straight you are paid double time for Sunday. That's no BS either cause you can ask any employee that works there on the floor and they'll tell you the truth. No air-conditioning out on the floor and it is stifling to say the least. Management does not care about you or your well being, they'll act like they do to pacify you but once they walk away from you they forget your conversation or do the opposite of what they just told you. They say to "Stop Call And Wait" if something goes wrong, if you do they chew your a s s out and threaten your job, alls they care about there are numbers, they'd rather you to keep running even if it's scrap just so they have high production numbers. Overall unless you don't care about any of the above then by all means apply and good luck cause your gonna need it

Pros

-Good 401K, benefits -Friendly people -Have a pretty flexible working schedule -Get to travel a lot Everyone here is very nice and helpful, in regards to welcoming you into the company. Great people to hang out with, not so much to work with.

Cons

-Poor management. Tends to withhold information from others in division. -Overworked employees. Sales are basically supposed to be available 24/7, while even the sales coordinators have to do an insane amount of work, where some even have to come in on the weekends. -Not enough people to get work done. -Clients have no respect for the employees of this company (specifically my division). Yelling, threatening emails, not answering our emails, basically treats everyone in the division, except the manager, like dirt. - Almost no communication between employees within divisions. For example, sales coordinators would not know anything about what a person in sales is talking about, and vice versa. The people working here are REALLY nice. If only they were nice to work with... Mostly it's a management problem. They tend to segregate their workers and promote a sink or swim culture whether you drown in work until you can't take it anymore, or learn to rise above it. JP is always trying to stand in the way of basically every decision being made, and will do their best not to work with you. Again, the people in JP are all really nice too, just not great to work with.
