Pros
Previously hired great people. Executive and senior management had an open door policy and they were engaged and listened and wanted to do the right thing for employees. Leadership and emotional IQ skills were strong.
Cons
Mergers resulted in new, ultra conservative, lackluster executive and senior management. New management promotes based on favorites and "yes" people who are followers not leaders and have little to no leadership skills. Leadership skills are at the junior level and people are encouraged to work evenings, weekends.... just to make a few more dollars. It is far from the company it previously was.
