      Pros

      Leadership is constantly thinking of ways to improve their employees day to day experiences. Employees are all friends with one another and are always willing to help one another. It was a job I looked forward to going to every morning.

      Cons

      Being a global company means traveling a lot, I did not have the time to travel and would be gone for days at a time.

      Pros

      Hitachi Solutions is a great company to work for. I am a fairly new employee and the leaders have done nothing but help teach me. There are conscious efforts to ensure a feeling of community within the company.

      Nothing comes to mind at the moment. Overall I am pretty satisfied with the company
