      Pros

      Great recognition from leaders, open communication, and benefits.

      Cons

      Salary is lower than other consulting firms, slow growth process in moving up the career chain and salary. Employees Hour utilization decreases when working/enhancing IPs.

      Hitachi is a great place to work because they allow you to shape your career, to an extent. And for a consulting firm, the travel is fairly limited compared to the others.

      Compared to most consulting firms that have similar practices, the pay isn't nearly enough.
