Lost its way......not great if you want to progress
Pros
The people who are not in management are great to work with. I love the banter and they really know their tech. Very good skills and great people. Home working good and they pay for all travel to the office.
Cons
Management are stuck in inertia, lacking vision and strategy. They want to grow, but no clear pathway on how to achieve it. The business is lacking consulting skills, compared to their competitors and clients are dis-satisfied. The business has lost some big accounts in the last few months. If you are a women you need to know its male dominated culture- decisions (and often meetings) are made in pub. Its also very predatory for women, senior leaders have a long history of affairs with junior staff. If your not a drinker you will not progress. They don't invest into their people and senior leadership is closed shop, No outsiders, new opinions or new ideas allowed.
