      Pros

      Pension contributions. Team colleagues are nice, helpful & knowledgeable.

      Cons

      Not enough work, although some people do get a larger share of what’s available. Say the right things but don’t back them up with actions. Salary transparency is nonexistent. Haven’t adapted to a remote workforce. Communication is awful, leading to isolation & exclusion.

      The leads, managers and the mid level managements need to know how to be professional. They often speak like HM/HOD. pretend as if they are perfect and others are USELESS. No motivation, dump with politics. Fake promises.
