      Pros

      Hitachi solutions Canada is a nice place to work and have a great work environment with great people. Hitachi solutions also offer great benefits.

      Cons

      I have seen many employees leave Hitachi Solutions Canada because of uncompetitive compensation. They also do not offer RRSP contributions but I heard that they are working towards it.

      Can work from home Some people are really friendly and helpful

      Cons

      Started off well, but how they treat employees when they have limited budget is terrible. They find ways to railroad and sideline employees. Management will pick on them so they either want to leave or have enough ‘evidence’ to get them to leave and/or not give them bonuses or review their salaries. There’s clear favouritism within the management team as well and they pick on you when you’re not.
