      A good place to work - room for some improvement

      Pros

      + Fairly flexible working patterns. Good work/personal life balance. + Firm hires good talented people. Everyone seems focused on delivering. + Good training opportunities (time for self study + paid courses). + Great IT equipment / powerful laptops, good software/systems in place to work.

      Cons

      - Benefits package/perks need improvement. The gym discounts are not significant, and the 1:1 matching pension is not as competitive as other consultancies (where employer contribution > employee contribution). - Bonus was far lower than expected (<2%).

      Pros

      Very good work/life balance. Big focus on people well being. Finally a consultancy that delivers on promises of bounus's and fair reviews. Benefits package is really good, flexible and easy to use. Sales people that have ethics and focus on company reputation. Opportunities to breakout of my technology area into new area and given support during move.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment can you one feeling a bit isolated from larger organisation but they try by keeping regular company meetings in place. Some consultants can land up being on bench too many times if they are not assertive.

      Lots of potential for new blood

      Pros

      Interesting project work, some good teams, lots of potential for new folks to come in and make it the place they would want to work. Good for someone who wants to travel.

      Cons

      A lot of organizational change happening as acquisitions are integrated. Long term (past) employees from acquired companies need to learn how to work well together. Not much transparency or communication from the top.
