      Longest serving inner circle prevents organisational change resulting in more management layers but little to no delivery mgt leadership following strong growth in recent years Delivery blaming culture Dogmatic overengineered project delivery methodology based on ERP/waterfall Hitachi brand is a decal only, this is a body shop with high turnover of delivery staff.

      Most people are unprofessional, unethical, rude and arrogant. Careful of the lady boss and advised you to brace yourself for a guaranteed gloom. Intimidation and back-biting is part of everyday life. Don't let your life be at the hands of these people.
