Pros

·Really young and fun working environment ·Good welfare and salary package ·Interesting and creative working content coz it is gaming industry! ·Good colleagues who are very fun and helpful ·You can play games or listen to music whenever you like in the workplace

Cons

·Majority of the employees are Chinese, but still respect to people from different culture and race ·Work-life balance is a bit bad coz colleagues here work really hard

- Some weekend overtime pay can be applied for - Big games can be fun to work on

Cons

Unprofessional Management - Promotions and demotions are determined by high school drama-like system rather than actual performance and ability. - Some people in management positions are inexperienced and have gotten through life with dishonesty, asking around for dirt on others they don't like. Toxic - Employees focus on finding ways to pass the blame for issues rather than finding ways to fix them. - Lots of overtime. Lack of Transparency - Performance bonus system that lacks transparency and much adherence to tangible KPI. Unhelpful HR - HR have a poor attitude and often do not know what they are doing, providing inaccurate information and making mistakes in onboarding processes.

a lot of new opportunities around the business attracting MZ generations

Cons

lack of system and no personal life after work hour often called to participate calls (regional) leaders not having enough experience and expertise, but strong ethos (not always though) business decisions can be made in a random way depending on few group members close to a regional leader
