Good opportunities for growth Excellent care, excellent doctors Lots of work perks: tele techs, EKG techs, robust phlebotomy department

Cons

Stingy with raises Have to do clinical ladder to see meaningful pay increases C-suite doesn't care about retention, so the ICU has a lot of turnover.
