Pros

It is a laid-back, Christian based company that sells crafts and furniture, as well as home goods. The company gives its employees Sundays off, which I think is wonderful for family and worship.

Cons

You must constantly be on your toes, ready to assist customers and complete projects given to you by your boss and management.

Pros

The organization, cleanliness, and overall running of the business great.

Cons

Letting new hires know that they might not be there long at the beginning of a new store. Keep good communication with every employee about their status.
