      Pros

      As a framer I got to goof around a lot while working with the other framers.

      Cons

      They don't really pay you fairly here or care too much about their employees. If you never ask for a raise you will never get one. Also the company refuses to implement any form of technology. What could simply be done to file records for customers on a computer has to be written in three different books.

      Sundays the store is closed We close at 8 PM Customers are great Fellow employees are friendly Time off when needed

      manager has his favorites not very much communication between managers and employees policies vary from one day to the other your promoted by dept. size, wether your capable or not. manager is too young and he needs his ego stroked. managers dissrespectful to employees Several full time employees think they are the MANAGERS

      Pros

      closed on sundays, most people very friendly and love the customers.

      Cons

      management does not give out compliments, jokes run abundantly, people who work hard are just expected to give more and more and more, while the full timers text on the floor and in the restrooms. manager needs his ego stroked and those are do also get promoted. The biggest shrink in this store is its full time employees.
