Pros

You sometimes get to make pretty things to put in your portfolio

Cons

The Art Department is run similarly like the Trump Administration. People with little to no qualifications are hired for high positions because they are related to or rub elbows with the right people. The pay is very poor. You're pressured to take part in prayers even though you may be of a different religion. To avoid repercussions, authority is never to be questioned even when your design boss doesn't know the difference between horizontal and vertical lines.

Pros

The store being closed on Sunday's is nice. The store closing early on Holidays is goo.

Cons

Co managers are treated like stockers. The hours to get work done is ridiculous. The company does not respect past experience.
