      Pros

      Sundays off. The hours in Hobby Lobby are better than in other retailers if you are hourly. Good benefits. This is the place to work if you are an hourly employee. Hourly pay for non-management is way above average. Just stay hourly!!!!!!

      Cons

      If you are salary, forget about family life. yes you get sundays off, but you will end up working 55-65 hours in the other 5 days. During holiday season you are required to work 6 days increasing the working hours. So yes, you get Sundays off, but by the time they come you are so tired that you do not want to do anything else but rest. There are good District Managers in the company, the one for Florida is NOT a forward thinker. Just likes "yes sir" employees. Could not offer suggestions to him.

      Co-workers are fun and have beome friends with most of them

      Manager has no respect for employees payrae or any thing else. . Talk to customers like dogs. hen management allowed to postyour pay rate and your employee login number especially when They tell you during orientation not shareit.
