      Pros

      Most sundays off. Closed Christmas and Thanksgiving.

      Cons

      DO NOT FALL FOR THE PROMIS OF WORK LIFE BALANCE! Be prepared to work 70-80 hours a week and more during November, December and January. Corporate has increased the workload 30-50% each of the last couple years without any adjustment to payroll. Also they have not given hourly associates pay increases in the last 3 years. Logistics in this company are less then desirable, which leads to very unsafe working conditions.

      Pros

      Pay is better than anywhere else around me, managers are invested in our lives and have our backs when things get dicey, fun people to work with.

      Cons

      They don't fire people based on performance so we still have very under performing employees, corporate advisors make rules with no sense and don't apply to day-to-day work.

      Pros

      Free health clinic on-site (hard to get into when actually sick). Great peers. Decent amount of creative freedom considering the brand. Upper management is kind, but usually oblivious to lower management. Plenty of chance for growth if wanted.

      Cons

      The department is split into teams and several are micromanaged. Entered the position with promise of little overtime, but was eventually shamed for not doing enough. Lower pay for college degrees. Definitely not a company culture fit for everyone.
