Pros

Coworkers are awesome Employee discount Customers are usually really friendly

Cons

Management is horrible and CSMs get blamed for everything and yelled at by management all the time. Everything is on you, if the managers didnt schedule correctly it's on you. If you weren't trained corrently and know incorrect info, that is somehow on you. Complete jerks.

Pros

The pay is great! And you get Sunday’s off! Most of my co-workers were awesome and tried the best to get out when we could.

Cons

Especially Around Christmas you don’t get out until about midnight.... we close at 8. The store I currently work at is ok. My biggest complaint is my CSM not letting people go on breaks or sending them on lunches an hour late. Even though she always goes right on time or earlier. Some department heads like to take advantage or there position and are rude to part time employees because we don’t make the same and we don’t run departments.
