Pros

Steady work, good pay, their primary labor force is made up of temp agency workers and they treat them all with respect as if they were employees.

Cons

Not a whole lot. Only one I have is a lot of their projects are so huge, communication sometimes becomes garbled between the trades... but this happens on most large jobs.

Pros

Great opportunity for growth and financial success. If you are an aggressive, bold, and confident person you have the potential to thrive.

Cons

Absolutely no work life balance. The schedules that are committed to are always too short and Holder has a hero complex to make it work. A 50-60 hour week is normal with 60+ being really common. The culture in the CLT area seems unusually bad with subcontractors expressing distrust or distain for Holder regularly. Moving constantly and you never know where you will end up. Constant pressure to take on more responsibility, whether it's leading or attending trainings, pushing the "culture", advanced placements courses. It all just feels like homework.
