Thanks for leaving a review! We want all associates to feel heard and empowered to provide feedback and their perspective. This year, Holder conducted a company-wide audit of all processes and procedures, gathering feedback from every associate, both new and seasoned. This feedback is driving change across the company, in all departments and facets of our business going forward. Holder gives associates great responsibility, translating to opportunity for every Holder associate to grow in their career quickly. We acknowledge this often leads to heavy workloads and long hours, and we encourage associates to ask for help and let their manager know if they have too many things on their plate.

They care professionally and personally

Pros

We work hard but there is always a balance of taking you time needed to recharge. I genuinely feel like Holder cares about me professionally (challenging me, looking out for my career, etc.) but I also feel like they care about me personally and are always making sure "the whole" of me is doing well.

Cons

Because you are given so much responsibility, there can be long hours. There are also a ton of people invested in the company (a ton of people haven't worked anywhere else!) so sometimes there are a lot of people involved in meetings/initiatives.

Thank you for sharing! Our people are our most valuable asset, and we care about your health and wellness, both inside and outside the office. Outside of the office, we encourage associates to find work-life balance that works for them, and to use Paid Time Off to recharge. Inside the office, our culture is built on developing each other. We believe in an organic cycle of growth within the company and look to “hire from within” first. Our associates are continuously presented with new and exciting challenges and career advancement opportunities. This growth strategy is a differentiator for us and part of the reason we do have many associates who decide to work at Holder for their entire career.
