Pros

They lure u in with a promise of 6 figures which is not possible in Williamsburg anyways. Here's why, they base that estimate on a great bonus structure which you won't get if u sell a "Pender" which is a 25-50% of all your deals. They claim you'll sell 2 out of 10 deals but no one, I repeat no one on their current staff does this at Williamsburg on Elite line. They fudge their sales numbers by combining it with the owner line sales team. You may be good at sales but u have to sell their way which doesn't work. Do it your way that works and get written up... Seriously.

Cons

Now think about this, u have to sell 2 out of 10 or your fired, so then why do they also need a draw system? Because even if you are successful the draw will claw back money during times when they don't have tours and force u to sit their for hours in case one come. As a result when u start selling again you owe the company thousands, you are now a minimum wage employee for months.

Pros

The training was decent. However, what is taught in training is not successful on the phones. You are taught by the seasoned vets to change everything in order to be successful.

Cons

Mangement are a bunch of selfish liars. Don’t believe anything management or the recruiters tell you. They are all liars.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review about your employment experience with us. We're sorry to hear you weren't satisfied during your time here, and we want you to know we've passed your concerns along to our leadership team so they can fully review and address your concerns. The training curriculum is purposely structured to lay a firm foundation from which to build upon. New Hire training develops a baseline so new hires can be coached and evaluated effectively. As they become seasoned veterans, experienced agents learn how to persuade using different techniques and approaches still following the Trust, Need, Help, Hurry sales model. Veterans often have good intentions by trying to help new hires expedite their learning curve and in doing so may cause confusion which may have happened here. Thank you for providing your feedback and helping us making HCV a better place to work. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

Food trucks and free coffee from a machine that I've never seen cleaned once.

Cons

If you like to be belittled on a day to day basis and have your paychecks vary on a week to week basis depending on how well you are liked, this is the place to go. If you'd like to have no work life balance and start on the night shift and be trapped there with no room for change because of one person, they'll have you covered in spades. If you like constant stress and being pulled off the phones after 10 calls and go sit in a conference room for the rest of your shift, it's a slam dunk. Bottom line worst place I've ever worked and I've worked for some world Class organizations, of which this place is world Trash. Also, there is no way to get into contact with HR after you leave. Surprise, Surprise.
