      Decent pay but constant change

      -salary/pay is at or above average if you advocate for yourself -unique work -great people to work with

      Cons

      -terrible leadership overall; too many leaders who are either oblivious or act like bullies -change happens constantly leading to instability/lack of security -work-life balance isn't the greatest -stress can be overwhelming
