Pros

…. Good question… if u want to make 25000 for 400000 in sales this might be for you.. they hire and fire everyone., u could be in the presidents club and on final on a next 30 warming the next month..,

Cons

U will be fired before you get to the higher commissions or take any pto.. be prepared to work 14 days in a row and not know till Sunday when ur working Monday. they over staff so one month it on top taking 3 tours as they power up and many sit around wo a tour or get 4 day weeks. Management is a revolving door. u never get days off and forget about getting ur commissions or any benifits afyer u disconnect. A lot of smoke and mirrors. Save ur time and keep looking.,,

Pros

The company has great tech, and my boss truly cared about our team. HICV has remote opportunities, and most of the team are great with remote collaboration. The hotel perks are great, and I was able to save a lot of money on travel thanks to their extensive hotel network. Pay is fair and there are great 401K options.

Cons

The onboarding process was left a lot to be desired, and I didn't learn how to take PTO, invest in my 401K, or use travel perks until a few months into the job. There is a fair amount of pressure to be online and available throughout the day, and there were few times I would have people reach out to make sure I was working, which felt patronizing. My biggest con was the way I got let go. I felt I was contributing to the company's growth and working hard each day to meet the company's tight deadlines. But in one zoom call, with someone I'd only met once before, that all came to an end with no real explanation. You can tell he was reading of a script, and didn't look at me during the call.

Pros

The management at any department is well staffed, they are caring and prioritize maintaining a company culture of safety, family, and development.

Cons

Compensation packages vary upon hire but tend to be on the lower end.
