Have a cool program you could POSSIBLY get cool stuff. And if they keep you long enough some how a program where you can get vacation points to stay at properties.

Cons

Managers and assistant managers put everything on a Supervisor and expect no over time for them, with unrealistic expectations. I worked multiple outlets in operations and all management unfortunately was the same. At my location a lot of people who have been there forever, so they are the ones who got promoted even though they lack skills for their job. SEVERE favoritism and no way of going to higher ups because they will BLATANTLY ignore you. Guests are horrible and with management being horrible as well as the guests there is nothing that brings joy.
