      Pros

      Love working with a small team and the hybrid schedule. The company took the time for proper onboarding and I have had very thorough training. There are great benefits and there is no micromanaging. The HR team is very responsive and I have had little to no issues getting setup, both in office and at home.

      Cons

      The only con that I have experienced so far is the slow response time of the IT department. It is a week minimum turn around time.
