It is slow at times, and there is not set time to get off work.

Loved them and stuck with them for 4 years. First sales job and I became one of the top converting agents. Great perks, discounted hotels and resorts, benefits, 401k, vacation days

None really. I loved it there

Pros

Fun environment! Culture was amazing and there’s a lot of money to be made if you’re selling. Can be challenging at first just because people have an issue with timeshare, but once you pick it up and learn the objections, etc.. you will be just fine

Cons

High turnover rate. People just don’t last here and the reason is pretty simple. It’s a challenging job, yet rewarding.
