The company's reorganization has left many employees laid off or terminated on random days of the week. While on the outside, it appears the company is growing, the growth comes at the consequence of some employees who have been with the company for several years.
The newer senior leadership doesn't seem interested in offering opportunities for current staff members to advance. Instead, several external candidates have been brought in with communication to current staff regarding these positions. It feels like a slap in the face to current team members because it feels as if senior leadership doesn't feel like those who are currently here are worth interviewing for these positions.
Additionally, the company isn't flexible. Remote work isn't an option for most team members because while the company maintains they are forward thinking, their current policies do not reflect that.
The pay is far below industry standard and not competitive. HICV will not be able to retain talent with the offers extended for the work required. Don't waste your time here and seek employment with a company that truly values their employees.
