      Company does not care about it's Employees

      Pros

      We work in a beautiful location. The product we sell is a very good one.

      Cons

      The company treats its employees poorly. Reps work 6 days a week sometimes 10 hours a day with no breaks. The pay is 100% commission so most people work there for two or three months than leave either because they don't make any money or they are fired for not meeting quotas set by company.

      Poor upper managemebt and they do not keep their word in regards to advancement and promoting from within first.
