      Great job turned into a hateful place to work

      Pros

      Getting to interact with guests on a daily basis was about the only pleasant part of the job.

      Cons

      Managements lack of knowledge as far as security. We had the worst vehicles, yet were the only department that was there around the clock 365 days a year. Job title Security, but couldn't call ourselves security because the company had no security license. Schedule posted the day before the next work week.

      Pros

      Work environment, security and lunch area are excellent.

      Cons

      Company tells employees to handle calls one way and two seconds later its not right. If and employee is considered on the inside with managers they will have opportunity to advance. Although these employees are not meeting sells goals or met the 6months requirement they are transfer other departments. Some are on their final write up but they get promoted.

      Very poor management within department.

      Pros

      Good co-workers. Strong leaders in other departments with other employees managed well. Many staff enjoyed their positions when cross functional teams were formed.

      Cons

      The VP of the department had good understanding of department needs, however no management skill. This lack of good leadership lead to heavy turnover of senior staff in department.
