      Calm, relaxed work environment that is good for all types of employees.

      Manager can sometimes micromanage but a friendly reminder and he'll stop.

      You'd experience this most during the slow season. 1-5 check ins, and you're working 3-11. Once the boss, housekeeping, and maintenance leave, you're in charge. It can get entertaining

      The location is great if you live in central west end.

      Cons

      The most disorganized professional business i ever worked at. Aside from the building falling apart and being forced to work in unacceptable conditions I think the worst part was the actual smell of the building.
