      Perfect job for college students

      Pros

      This job allows you to work full-time along with completing my schoolwork as a full-time student. It's pretty relaxed for the most part. The owners of the hotel are very lovely, and make coming to work pleasant. Every day is different, you meet new people each day. We welcome our staff in as family and not just workers. Better pay than min. wage. Flexible and like-able schedule(when we have reliable staff)

      Cons

      No benefits...Hotels are open 24/7 365 days a year, so this can make requesting off or days needing off hard to cover. Which leads into the next con. Lazy front desk management, unwilling to come in and help on weekends at all, or help cover weekend shifts(OSU home games are crazy weekends.) Overwork front desk with crazy hours. Make everyone else do their job. Take credit for other employees work, even though they have done nothing. Does not encourage staff, or play as a role model.

      Excellent staff, bonuses, flexible hours, great customer service, owners were awesome to work for.

      Cons

      Turnovers, hard to get raises, work was not appreciated by owners.
