Holiday Inn Express reviews

Poor management housekeeping department worked like slaves. Because management is too busy sitting in the office and taking vacation while housekeeping department is severly understaffed might i mention no head housekeeper or room inspector. Fail to hire let alone even interview. Housekeepers expected to clean 20-28 rooms daily sometimes 6 days a week, now anyone who has done this work knows thats too much. Certain front desk assosiates are very very rude and also treat the housekeeping department like the mold in their bathrooms. I would not recommend working at the collins road holiday inn express in cedar rapids. Unless you enjoy getting treated like scum.

High maintenance guests, independently owned hotels are owned by micro managing owners, ridiculously low pay at all positions and lack of raises and benefits.
