Cleaning at your own pace. Being able to be a big portion of a companies need.

Cons

Not getting paid enough money. Never having enough supplies.

Pros

Housekeepers get a break and optional free lunch. The manager cares about us employees. You don't get to deal with people or very rarely do. Sometimes guests leave you tips or hands them to you.

Cons

Sometimes we get too many rooms. It gets a bit harder to clean rooms when you're in a rush. Must clean rooms in less than 30mins. You get to clean rooms that are trashed out and it really gets on your nerves.
