Pros

Most of the employees were wonderful to work with.

Cons

The management was not supportive, the company that owned the property, very unwilling to train, though IHG provided plenty of training opportunity. There was no guidence, there was no team in place. Everything was fly by the seat of your pants and absolutely most unprofessional. Also, management mistreated employees...to busy to acknowledge employees, botch policies at best and the worst discrimination I've ever witnessed.
