There is flexible scheduling the bosses are great straightforward annual raises and a raise after three months lots of barbecues and comradarie

Cons

This job is extremely labor intensive and you work with a lot of dangerous chemicals inspection time tends to be the bringer of a lot of stress

Meet great people, Great fellow employees, Discount at IHG properties

Cons

Long lonely nights with little to keep you occupied outside of your work duties, Management can be hard to deal with at times especially if they are not familiar with the duties and demands of your position. Hard to please guests without angering management. Demanding owners who have little to no idea what it takes to be an outstanding front desk employee.
