Pros

Good discount on other IHG hotels throughout the country. For every person you sign up for Priority Club, as a front desk agent, you get a dollar cash. This easily adds up to $10+ per month.

Cons

Each hotel is individually owned so management varies at each place. In regards to Priority Club each hotel has to sign up a certain number per month. So the pressure to get new members can be intense during slower months.
