      Pros

      Great management team willing to help one succeed, customers are highly taken care of.

      Cons

      Greedy privately own company that has continuously taken away mostly all employee perks even though they boast of record breaking numbers.

      Not a high stress environment from a workload prospective, pay is decent enough for the expectations, management gives little to no oversight

      Cons

      Terrible PTO; certain employees are able to do whatever they want because of who they are related to which creates very toxic work environments. Management is lazy and barely able to help most employees with concerns due to being forced to accommodate those who are connected to higher up positions. Promotability and advantages are not given fairly as a result. Employee turnover is constant and never ending due to previously mentioned concerns that never get addressed.
