      Pros

      Actually pretty difficult to get fired, generally flexible if you have appointments or need to make personal phone calls during work hours

      Cons

      Disconnected leadership, poor team management, uneven workloads, zero communication, middle school style cliques, no accountability from leadership, token raises each year that don't keep up with the market, huge pay disparities between employees

      Cons

      They have two pay plans for salesman's that is discrimination... Try to market that the company have a family values that is a giant bull... Extremely disorganized .

      Pros

      private company hold onto traditional values. core family value hard worker, other department still good but not this one.

      Cons

      management was awesome but no longer the case. they are unorganized, noncommunicative, unappreciative, and has unrealistic expectations such as working out of state on a holiday. mention nothing about your work in front of upper management. churn out workpapers while management kicks back and bs all day long. turnover rate is ridiculous and the salary is also a joke.
