Pros

Free therapy is provided, likely necessary due to the stress levels experienced in this environment.

Cons

The company insists on in-office attendance during illness or hazardous weather, despite the possibility of remote work. Non-management employees receive modest raises despite being overworked, while senior-level staff continues to be hired. There's a conflicting message about workload – discouraging too much work but critiquing productivity in reviews.

Pros

Decent benefits package, healthcare plan is compatible to most corporations.

Cons

Management is degrading to employees especially female employees- 6 female employees left my department in a 12 month span. Leadership is too closely tied to the Holman Family and will speak to you whatever way they want to because they can. I reported a manager and the response I received from a upper management male leader was “ you better not be lying to me”. That leader’s spouse is close friends with Mindy Holman. My job changed 3 times in 18 months, and not to mention they let a whole group of people go with only two weeks notice ... and with only a weeks worth of severance pay. Disgusting when one of those people had a disabled parent as a dependent and the other was only back a month from maternity leave. It is not ONE Holman despite all the preaching they do and the job security is lacking compared to ARI. Corporate policies are not defined. I also brought this up to HR when I left and they said that this part of the company is still figuring itself out... GREAT. If you have a doctors appointment or don’t feel safe driving in the snow you better hope your manager is in a good mood that day because there are no defined policies. PTO policy is outdated, you accrue at a very slow pace and you are capped.

Pros

~ Ability to make up time when needed within reason. ~Cafe on premises. ~Financially secure company

Cons

~We were all told 2 days a week in office and now they moved to 3 without regard to childcare or distance etc. Additionally they now dictate the days you must be there. ~Bait and switch hiring to get positions filled and then ask you if you have agreements in writing. ~Nepotism is the name of the game. ~Medical benefits are sub par for a company of this size. -3% raise regardless of achievements ~Entire department freeze where you can not apply out of your department.
