Pros

Tuition reimbursement, Average 401k, PTO, and Medical Benefits. Some genuine leaders in middle management or supervisory positions.

Cons

Senior leadership has lost sight of the culture that once made this a great place to work. Nepotism runs rampant and benefits are slowly being stripped away. I know many legacy as well as new employees that see how the tide is changing for the worse. Leadership does not practice what they preach and are more and more concerned with the bottom line. I would avoid.
