Great management, amazing staff, teamwork is outstanding, great place to work

Cons

Nowhere is perfect, every hospital/business has it downfalls. I am proud to tell people that I work here and don't have any complaints.

Pros

This is a smaller community hospital. It’s not a stressful place to work. People are pleasant to work with. The Doctors here are excellent.

Cons

No pay for performance here but you will usually get a 2% yearly raise. Clinical ladder available to select positions only.
