Pros

The manager for the ICU & IMC units is the kind of manager you want to work for. She's smart, helpful, respectful, responsive, caring, and ethical. Any time I have a clinical question or concerned about a patient, she's available. She wants her staff to be educated and takes the time to teach as she helps. She's even helped place an IV in a challenging patient. The floor managers and upper management have been responsive, helpful, and caring to the staff during this chaotic time with coronavirus.
