      Pros

      Relaxed envirement with your client . Stress level are low. Get to have one on one Communication .

      Cons

      The company said , due to the nature of the business they only consider you work part time for them , but , they will trying to push you work more than 40 HRs per week with no health benefits at all . They get away from that . They want us to give care but the same time they don’t want give us a employee care .

      Flexible schedule, independent work! These are The only two cons there are, other than two listed I would say nothing else positive

      Staffing is awful, constant changes without notice. They employ staff with zero experiences it’s a revolving door. zero communication skills, poor training, owner a bully, there so called Human Resources person for the month whom is only interning has zero people skills. LPN claims to visit clients which is a total lie, I worked with the same two clients for 2 years and never saw anyone for that place. Pay is terrible, if you get sick and call last minute you can be fired. No sick benefits!! They are constantly hiring which means revolving door, they told me to lie to clients if I’m running late to say I was stuck in traffic. They will send untrained caregivers to care for hospice clients, putting caregiver and client in danger. Do your homework before working with this company

      Pros

      Schedule was flexible, and staff could decline certain shifts, unable to work well with senior management and at the time scheduler.

      Cons

      Senior management seemed more concerned about profits than the well being of their employees.
