Pros

The clients. I love people so in that respect it's great. So if you enjoy talking and learning different client's stories than you'll think it's great.

Cons

I don't even know where to start with this. They don't pay enough for what you're worth and I'm fairly convinced they put you as 'companion care' (which pays the least) even when you are doing tasks that are WAY out of that region. Then they say you qualify for benefits if you work for more than a quarter year as full time... but good luck EVER being scheduled consistently for that amount of time. My schedule is such a roller coaster that some weeks I can pay my bills and others I want to stay in bed crying.

The colleagues are very nice excluding management.

Cons

You are the punching bag when problems arises. It trickles from management to the staffing department. They can terminate you anytime without warning, or reason. You are not a person, but a tool until another person comes along.
