Pros

The clients are incredible. They try to match you up with people they know you'll mesh with.

Cons

Management is attrocious. Seriously. I have never seen such a high turn over in an office before. You also do not get the hours they promise. I've been here for over a year and was told that I would be getting 40 hours a week. No such luck. Unless you're willing and able to do overnights or 12 hour shifts, you're out of luck. And for what you're doing, you're not paid nearly enough. Only a few dollars above minimum wage.

Pros

I have no reasons to work here! Case managers seem to busy to take time to call They constantly advertise they have jobs The application on line is difficult to get it to go through Always error messages when filling out application

Cons

The application always has error messages It’s very time consuming to fill OT out Then there are no call backs When you do meet Cas managers they tell you how wonderful you are and then they don’t bother to call you back

Pros

The company offers very flexible hours and some of the staff can be pleasant !

Cons

Compensation is a major concern while working for this company. The pay rate is very low for the amount of work that some clientele requires . You are hired as part-time for the role of caregiver or companion but so much more is expected. The company has very little consideration for their employees when time off is needed. There are no benefits offered even though you work full time hours. I recently had my yearly review and was advised that I exceeded in all areas and that my clients adored me but I was not eligible for a raise. What is the incentive to continue working for this organization when great performance is not rewarded? The Care Coordinators are so out of touch with the struggles that Caregivers encounter but are quick to tell you to hold on. Some clients are violent and this is not noted in their Care Plans. The Care Plans DO NOT reflect the true needs of the clients. For the self paying clients, the staff expects CareGivers to perform backflips and this is unfair. As a Caregiver I treat every client in the same manner.
