Pros

The company has very nice clients. And some of the supervisors are amazing. Flexible scheduling. There service area is very large. Almost always has a,client available.

Cons

Communication is not always the best. Sometimes messages are not passed on as they should be. Depending on how hectic it is in the office you may not be able to get in touch with whom you are trying to reach. Pay is ok not great. And if you need some one before 9 am it's not likely you'll get someone because all staff are in meetings 8 to 9

Work hours are flexible and co. will work within your schedule.

Cons

Company branch is gossipy and will lie to employees/clients to reach their end goal. Branch says in-services are mandatory, then not mandatory, but if you don't go to in-services you are told it will impact your pay increases. Pay is very low compared to other companies in the same line of service. They will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat.

Pros

Great way to make some contacts if you wanted to get in the door with medical companies (depending on position).

Cons

Low pay, VERY long hours. They will pay your salary based on a 2,080 hour year, but expect you to work at least 5-10 hours extra each week while never giving a raise, EVER. Generally treated like an expendable employee which does not make sense because of how small the franchise offices are.
