Pros

Flexible shifts, options to have clients in the same part of the city in-which I live.pleasant office staff, rewards system.

Cons

Not many opportunities of advancement. Communication is sometimes lacking between office staff and caregivers/clients. Staff's knowledge of clients is in many cases lacking, care givers are usually given sparse details of new clients. Needs are sometimes unknown of office staff, especially of those who do not have a case/care manager, social worker.

Pros

The management staff are amazing. They are very attentive to your needs. They are very organized. They answer your questions promptly and everything is done in an organized manner. The company doesn't take patients that are not made for home health, and thus you don't have to worry about dealing with nursing home type patients in their own.

Cons

I work there is a home health aide and the pay isn't the best. (11.00)

Pros

Some of the girls I met there were real nice

Cons

Other girls that I met there weren't nice but that can happen anywhere. I was hired at one rate, then when I started training they decided to (without telling anyone) they we would not be getting paid at the agreed upon hire rate but $11.00 an hour. Then I was told I would be getting paid different amounts depending at which home I worked at. Seeing's how I was at experienced lever, I would be getting paid more If I had a home where I was required to do more hands on care, but if I went to a home where I did less, then I wouldn't be getting paid as much and they got to decide how much I would get paid. When I spoke up about it, I was told no one else complained and that is a shame because people need a job and are willing to put up with it just to get a paycheck I have never heard of anything like this in my life and I have done home care for different companies before as well as talked to other home care givers and they never heard of this either.
