Creative and above average people. You will be working with some of the best in this area. Great opportunity to further your skills and learn from some of the best.

Cons

Increasingly corporate attitude to "success". Leadership seem to think that success can be defined by the corporate goals set by distant executives, forgetting what made HomeNet successful originally.

Relaxed environment, excellent work-life balance, but still motivated and very skilled bunch of people on the development side. Small company feel, but backed by a giant parent company (Cox Enterprises).

Cons

Open floor plan leaves little privacy, though it doesn't really matter when you're working with good people.
