It's a fun atmosphere and everyone treats each other with a ton of respect. The company hires from within and promotes learning/teaching their new employees. You start off with the ball in your court when you start at Homenet, and it's definitely motivating to do well without seeming like a daunting task.

Cons

The office's location makes for a long commute and it isn't in a place that I ever considered living, but the offices themselves are very nice, so I can see why they picked the location.

HomeNet was a fun place to work. There was a ton of opportunity and everyone seemed to get along great. The product they sold was solid which made working there fun. Our customers loved us!

Cons

The cons were about the same you'd find in any company. There was some red tape and things were always changing but that's what you should expect in any rapidly growing organization.
