Pros
Very challenging, but malleable environment. Good ideas and hard work are rewarded more than most companies i've had the chance to work for or see in action. It has the feel of a small company, with corporate backing and benefits. You can take on as much responsibility as you'd like and in a nearly infinite amount of areas.
Cons
The pay is below average for the job titles and responsibilities. To be fair, all tiers of management are working on raising the average pay for every position.
