Pros

Very mature company with a customer centric attitude and very concious on employer wellbeing. Can do attitude, focus on solutions rather than the problem. Lack of company politics, which tranlates on a safe place to fail and learn in a positive and constructive environment.

Cons

Some disconnection from different departments. Communication can be complicated and internal organization structure makes sometime difficult to do the right thing.
